At Benton Auto Group, we've said our mission is centered around a love of people and community as it is our most powerful fuel. During these current challenging times, our mission is extremely relevant, and I want to assure you that the public health, safety, and well-being of our customers and employees remain our highest priority.
Based on the information we have today, we remain open for business and welcome you in to one of our dealerships for sales or service.
I would like to share some updates that might help you to feel at ease when doing business at our dealerships during these uncertain times.
Our Commitment to Cleanliness
Benton Auto Group has taken additional steps to increase public health information, health awareness, and sanitation measures throughout each of our dealership stores.
- First, we have put in place guidance for each of our team members detailing how to protect against transmission of the virus, including hand-washing protocols.
- Second, we have enhanced the techniques and cleaning of our dealership spaces including doubling the hours of our cleaning staff employees. In particular, we are paying special attention to customer high-touch areas in the showrooms, restrooms and waiting areas.
We will continue closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, including guidance from medical professionals, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO), and will respond based on the published advisories of public health authorities.
